We are here to help you via our special helpdesk at www.ittdesk.nl/vestide. ittdesk works for Ziggo Zakelijk and created a helpdesk especially for the tenants of Vestide. We speak Dutch and English and do have the time to help you. We understand that not everybody is as technical so if you need help, just give us a call. We even can, if necessary schedule an engineer to fix your problems on-site. We also monitor the technical condition of the network so we often now if there are problems on the network before you now it yourself.
